PURPOSE

These General Conditions of Sale are intended to define the rules applicable to the sale of our products (“the Product(s)”) on our online store. They thus regulate the different stages of placing the order, the sale and the delivery of our products. More generally, they establish the rights and obligations of each party.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS

Order and acceptance. Placing an order constitutes acceptance by the customer which results in the formation of the contract and definitive acceptance by the customer of the prices and the description of the products available for sale as well as all of the general conditions of sale.

Non-commercial use. The acquisition of these products is exclusively reserved for personal use and not in connection with the customer’s professional activity.

Order confirmation. After taking the order and therefore accepting these conditions, a confirmation of receipt of the order detailing the products ordered will be sent by email to the address indicated by the customer.

Availability of products. The products offered on the site are in principle all available and immediately deliverable. In the event of unavailability of one of the products, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible by the company by e-mail or telephone. The buyer will have the option to choose another product offered on the site or to cancel their purchase.

Our product offers are valid while stocks last, in UK and abroad.

Description of the products. Each product offered on the site is the subject of a descriptive sheet which, in addition to the photograph, contains: the price, color, dimensions as well as special characteristics if applicable.

It is specified that the photographs accompanying the product description sheet have only an indicative value due to the alterations that may exist due to their transcription on the site and that there may be a difference between the product as displayed. on the screen and the product received, due to the different resolutions and settings.

DELIVERIES

Delivery information, including estimated timeframes and costs, is available on our dedicated Delivery Information page.

Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the country to which the order is sent. Shipping costs are invoiced in addition to the price of the selected products.

For all shipments within UK, shipping costs are free for orders over 50 Pounds.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Return of exchanged or refunded items. If an item does not suit you, you can exchange it or request a refund within 21 days of receipt of your order (excluding promotions and sales).

To do this, simply return the item to us in perfect condition, in its original packaging, to the following address:

Return fees. Return costs are your responsibility. Reimbursement is made either by bank transaction on the card that paid for the order, or by check made out to your name. In the event of an exchange, you do not pay a new flat-rate contribution to the shipping costs.

Condition for returning products. The return of products can only be accepted for products in their original condition, i.e. neither stained, washed nor damaged.

CONFIDENTIALITY

In accordance with the “information technology and freedoms” law of January 6, 1978, the information requested from the customer is essential to the processing of his order and the customer has a right of access and rectification to the data concerning him. This data will not be transmitted to any external organization.

PRICE

Price. All prices indicated on the site are in Pounds including tax.

There is no minimum order amount.

The price indicated on the individual product sheets does not include transport. These costs depend on your order and are mentioned on your delivery slip.

Taxes. As part of the direct import of products from UK, import taxes may be requested from the customer by the local customs service, depending on the amount. of the package. For more information, the customer must contact the customs services of his country’s post office.

PAYMENTS

Payment methods. We accept payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) via Paypal.

Payment methods such as bank transfer and cash on delivery are not accepted.

Speed. The invoice amount will be debited from your account at the time of your order.

If one or more products could not be delivered to you, the corresponding amount will be credited to you again within 24 hours.

Order validation. The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers have given their agreement, which will be subject to our agreement.

In the event of refusal by said centers, the order will be canceled and the customer notified by email, so that another method of payment can be offered. The company reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

PAYMENT SECURITY

For payment security, we use the 100% secure Paypal payment system.

With this system, your card number is protected and encrypted.

You do not have to create a Paypal account, you fill out the Paypal form then pay using your bank card.

RESPONSIBILITY

The company cannot be held liable for inconveniences and damages relating to the use of the Internet network, such as in particular a break in service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions or more generally any cases qualified as force majeure by the courts.
